Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges:

At Dhagaa, every piece is crafted in limited batches with attention to detail. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility:

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return (unless defective)

Exchanges:

We offer size exchanges subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it promptly.
