Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.

Shipping Time

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days across India.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Payment & Shipping

• We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options.

• COD may be available only in selected pincodes.

• For COD orders, we may contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

• You can track your order in real time using the link provided.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

• High order volumes

• Weather conditions

• Courier partner delays

• Remote location constraints

We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Failed Deliveries / RTO

• If a customer is unavailable or does not accept the order, it may be returned to us (RTO)
  

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

• Dhagaa is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
